Q: Do you come to my home or office?
A: I can work on your computer in your home or office, or remotely. See the Rates page for price info.
Q: How do I make sure my documents aren’t lost?
A: You should back them up before I begin work, but if you are not sure how to do that, I can do it for you.
Q: What should I have ready before you come?
A: All original discs provided by Apple if you have them and installation discs of all the software you have installed.
Q: Do you work on PCs or just Macs?
A: Just Macs, though I have nothing against PCs. Some of my best friends have PCs.
Q: Do you replace parts on my computer?
A: I can upgrade memory for you. But I don't do hardware repairs, only software and Operating System issues. Believe it or not, most problems are not hardware based.
Q: What if you just can’t fix my problem?
A: If I diagnose that the problem is NOT a hardware issue, and I can’t fix it, I won’t charge you. If after running tests, I diagnose that you have a hardware issue, I will charge a diagnosis fee and recommend a repair service.
Q: Are you certified by Apple?
